About Me
My name is Samantha and I'm located in Nova Scotia, Canada. I'm 22 years of age and though I have only been professionally designing websites for a relatively short amount of time, I've been playing around with the internet for nearly a dozen years. As a young teen I taught myself HTML and some basic CSS. Today, I pride myself in my best practices in semantics and accessibility. I have always been extremely (almost obnoxiously!) creative, and I love CSS and seeing how far I can go with it. I have some experience in Flash web design, however I highly prefer CSS based design and like to think it's what I excel at. I also have some experience with Dreamweaver and lots with Photoshop.
When I’m not designing and coding, I’m passionate about horses and equestrian sports and have been active both in the barn and on the web for nearly the same length of time. That’s why many of my portfolio designs are centered around horses!
